The Netforce group combines the expertise and vast networks of qualified technical profiles of two leading players in project sourcing: Netwerk and Lerner Engineering.

Netwerk, established in 2003, is a leading project sourcing provider specializing in engineering and technical profiles for Belgium and the Netherlands. It serves sectors including oil, gas, petrochemical, nuclear, steel, chemistry, and energy, with around 300 professionals supported by tailored training programs. Lerner engineering, based in Brussels, complements this with a proven track record in sourcing highly skilled profiles for infrastructure, construction, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Both companies are Federgon-certified.

Inge Tiebos and Jan Jaspers, former COOs in Belgium and the Netherlands turned managing partner and partner, have taken over daily management since July 2024, ensuring continuity and now leading both entitties under Netforce Group.
