SOD.DEL is a holding company consisting of different entities within Belgium, the Netherlands and France. Through these different entities SOD.DEL operates as an agent and distributor for several worldwide leading producers of mineral fillers on the European market. Their clients are active in a wide range of markets such as paints & coatings, plastics & polymers and building & construction.

As one of Companions' very first participations, SOD.DEL became a cornerstone of our portfolio. Together we shaped a growth strategy built on strategic M&A and digitally enabled business transformation, expanding the company's pan-European footprint both organically and through acquisitions in the raw materials supply chain. Along the way, we put in place a strong and independent management team: the foundation on which SOD.DEL continues to build beyond our partnership.
