Established in 2015 near Brussels, STiDO has grown into a trusted specialist in the design, production and on-site installation of modular prefabricated timber frame buildings. The company delivers fully customised, energy-efficient solutions across five segments: home extensions, compact new-builds, care homes, mobile annexes and professional projects.

STiDO’s strength lies in its highly standardised yet fully customisable construction process. Each unit is designed and built in controlled workshop conditions using sustainable timber frame techniques, before being transported and installed on-site within days, keeping disruption to a minimum. This approach results in shorter lead times, significantly less waste and consistent quality.  

Since 2015, STiDO has delivered over 500 projects and now produces around 100 units a year. Its client base continues to grow, spanning private homeowners, care organisations and professional clients, STiDO has earned a strong reputation across Belgium.

With Companions as an active partner and Thomas Buyse continuing as Co-Founder and CEO, STiDO targets ambitious growth through operational scaling, geographic expansion and complementary acquisitions.
