Do you want to be the driving force behind the growth and development of a dynamic team within a leading company in energy-efficient installations? As COO, you will be responsible for empowering and operationally managing employees and workers, devising strategic long-term projects, and developing a strong people management strategy. We are looking for a motivated professional with a growth-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills, ready to take the lead and play a key role in our mission to lead the market in energy efficiency.
Your contribution
- Empowerment and operational management of employees (10) and workers (20)
- Devising and implementing strategic (medium to long-term) projects focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency gains
- Monitoring installation projects and sites
- Developing a strong people management strategy, including career planning and identifying necessary training for the team
- Recruitment, integration, and retention of talent in a competitive market
We are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in team management
- Growth-oriented mindset and (basic) financial knowledge
- Personal skills:
- Motivated, positive, hands-on, can-do attitude, winner mentality
- Reliability is essential as you will have access to business-critical information
- Ability to take the lead
- Strong people management skills
- Open communication and excellent communication skills
- Affinity with techniques, experience in a technical or construction company is a plus
- Experience with process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Other languages (French) are a plus
- Possession of a driver's license
